ROOMS AT OUR SPECIAL RATE ARE SOLD OUT.  YOU CAN BOOK ROOMS AT THE MARRIOTT AT THE MARKET RATE OF $194 PER NIGHT.




YOU MIGHT ALSO CONSIDER THE HOLIDAY INN ALADDIN HOTEL FOR A LOWER RATE, AS IT IS LOCATED NEXT DOOR TO OUR CONFERENCE HOTEL.






 THE ACBSP GROUP ROOM RATE IS $139.00 Per night

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 16.85%) in effect at the time of check-out.  In addition, there is a $1.50 City Development Fee per room, per night, which is also taxable.  If the Organization has a MISSOURI Tax Exemption please send it for our files and you will be charged 7.50% (not 16.85) plus the $1.50 which is also taxable and comes to $1.74.

ROOM RESERVATION CUTOFF DATE

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Wednesday, September 17, 2014 (the “Cutoff Date”).  At the Cutoff Date, Hotel will review the reservation pickup for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the ACBSP group rate after this date.
